satirise – a way of making fun of sth using comedy

eg. she stormed out of the meeting

one is taken charge by my team – one is handled / managed by my team / my team took charge of one of them / one is taken charge of by my team

clique – “click” – when small groups form and it’s hard for newcomers to become part of the group
eg. they formed a clique so it’s hard for me to break into it

it’s frowned upon – sth that people don’t like
eg. inter-office relationships are frowned upon
