B2C – Grew Tangpushi Home Products’ sales by 200% by driving DTC and Ads upper funnel solutions
The customer had low faith in Google with only 20% of their budget spent on Google. I invited the CEO to the SH CxO event to improve his DTC knowledge. Collaborated with the Accelerate Growth Team (AGT) to pitch upper funnel Ads solutions like display campaigns. Provided business recommendations like placing web membership programs. Efforts saw a 200% growth in customer’s sales, and 3X spending of 143% YoY with Google.
B2B – Boosted Everlighten‘s leads by 80% through the leveraging of smart bidding in new markets
The customer is a long-term Facebook partner with unsatisfactory Google Ads performance for 2 quarters. I learnt that they planned to expand their business to the CA/AU market. After analyzing their target audience’s portfolio, I suggested in-ads promotion codes. I then successfully pitched smart bidding strategies to the customer / I pitched to the customer to replace….. . All adoptions resulted in a 330% QoQ Google Ads revenue growth, and enabled the customer to increase leads by 80%.

Firstly, I worked with the gTech team lead to develop a SSC adoption checklist. Following that, I collaborated with the Product Sales Activation (PSA) team to deliver an internal SSC training for 90+ sellers across the GCS-SBS program. The competition boosted the team’s SSC win-rate by 8% within 2 weeks. The SSC Checklist; The Training Deck
