Last morning, I went to a hospital for check my cervical vertebra.The doctor is very interesting because he said: you are young 22… but your cervical is 60 years old! Haha… and finally he said: I wish you need to reminder don’t play a phone for a long time and do more exercise for body.

Last afternoon, I went shopping because I will have a entertainment in a few days, it’s my birthday. I choose a new dress and a new shoes.

Last night, I had a dinner with my former colleagues and we went to a sushi restaurant for celebrate my school offer from UK.

Tuesday morning, I went to a hospital to check my spine. The doctor is very funny because he said: you are young 22… but your spine is 60 years old! Haha… and finally he said: You should do more exercise but you shouldn’t use your phone for a long time every day, and don’t use it in bed / he reminded me not to do this but to do that.
