Describe an older person who you respect
Who it is – name / age / position / where they come from
How you knew him / her – when you met them, how you developed your relationship
What kind of person he/she is – you’re good at this
Why you respect them – give details and explain the reason that you admire / look up to / respect them

Try not to stop sentences and start again – just try to finish the sentence and then say “and by that I mean…” or “What I mean by that is ….” and add the details that you missed the first time.
