I think nurture is more important. You can have the chance to raise a smart kid.
Even though your kid might not be naturally smart, there is a chance that through nurture or hard work, he might grow into a smart person.

My neighbor’s kid is so irritating/irritates me so much that I want to kill him.

Q: Why don’t you like kids? What does it take to be a good parent? Are you lacking in this area?
A: I mentioned to Jesse before I don’t like children because I have thoughts about kids before and I don’t think they are … I think children are a little bit irritating sometimes. I saw a lot of parents they just live for the kids, it looks to me they don’t have any other life meanings other than kids. So I’m not sure kids is a good thing to a lot of people including me. I’m not married and I didn’t have serious talk with anyone else before so I just keep thinking kids might not be a good thing. So I give you three reasons.

A: As I mentioned to Jesse before, I don’t like children because I have had thoughts about kids before and I think children are a little bit irritating sometimes. I saw a lot of parents who just live for their kids, and it looks to me that they don’t have any other meanings/purposes in life other than their kids. They devote all of their time, money, and energy to their kids and they are left with nothing to themselves./they lose all sense of themselves. Back in my high school days, I saw a parent who just moved somewhere near our school to accompany his kid. So I’m not sure having kids is a good thing for a lot of people including me. I’m not married and I didn’t have a serious talk with anyone else before so I just keep thinking that kids might not be a good thing. So here are my three reasons.
