The balance between culture and tourism has been a topic of discussion. In some ways tourism may seem to be the only way to fare the blossom of culture, while, the focus of tourism earning may destroy the culture in the end. However, both of the statements are insufficient to understand/describe/illustrate/delineate the relationship between tourism and culture. There exist other ways to boost culture, but the proper use of Tourism revenue is an effective way to protect culture.

The focus on revenue destroying our culture is shortsighted. The earning of tourism is a suitable way to protect culture not destroying it. Admittedly, the expansion of traveling areas may attract a  flowing of visitors to have an view on the local cultural compound, which may bring some problems to the historical site such as the spoil of environment surroundings and the disturbance of the life of the residents. However, if the revenue of tourism is allocated properly it will surely make the culture sustainable. The money can be used to restore some historical ruined historical site, if the local government can’t afford the cost of it before. What’s more, bringing the wealth to the local may encourage them to stick to their culture and past it form generations to generations,  no longer will their offspring give up their craftsmanship to earn their living.

Instead of focusing on tourism there exist other ways to shelf the culture. On the hand, when comes to the industry, entertainment is what people focus on mostly in recent years. The film industry capturing some documentary about culture to attract audience. What‘s more , the agricultural industry can put their emphasis on the growth of culture linked special farm product to spread their culture through it. For example, Yunnan is a country who is famous for its tea production. The flora of its tea not only the bless local farmer with the promotion of their tea produce technology but also propagate the historical tea culture in China from home and abroad. On the other hand, the residents are the capital group to shoulder their responsibility to protect culture. Schools must add some knowledge or stories about culture in the textbooks, the elderly should impart their offspring their delicate culture related skills instead of cutting it off.

In conclusion, it is a feasible approach to prolong the survival of culture through the income of the booming tourism and there has other measure to save our precious culture from disappearing.
