I just want to describe the situation of one subject. i want to get your opinion whether the subject is p d or not. Firstly, let me introduce some background info about this subject. This sub get week 6 imaging and the next cycle treatment on the same day, and the w6 imaging is before the next cycle treatment. For our protocol, the time window of the treatment and imaging meet the requirement of the protocol. However, the usual process for the investigator is waiting for the results of the tumor assessment. However, the investigator gave the treatment cycle before the results came out. The final tumor assessment is progressive disease. From my pov, I think it is a pd because the investigator did not give the tumor assessment before the treatment cycle. So what’s your opinion about that?

I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to describe the situation of one subject and ask for your opinion on whether this is an example of protocol deviation. Firstly, some background info about this subject: this sub got week 6 imaging and the next cycle treatment on the same day, and the w6 imaging was done before the next cycle treatment. Per our protocol, the time window of the treatment and imaging meet the requirements. However, the usual process for the investigator is waiting for the results of the tumor assessment before giving the treatment. But in this case, the investigator gave the treatment cycle before the results came out. The final tumor assessment is progressive disease. IMO, I think it is a pd because the investigator did not give the tumor assessment before the treatment cycle. So what do you think?
