A: I can accept some peak season for working overtime. If it’s a long-term situation, I don’t think it is good for the employee.

A: At first, I think the biggest challenge for this position is to know the business needs of the project. Because my previous exp is for marketing or pro service category. But I’m not very good at IT category purchasing. To understand the business needs and to know the vender pool is the biggest challenge of me for this position. But I will do my best to learn and improve myself at the professional skills.

A: At first, I think the biggest challenge for this position is to learn more about the business needs of the project. Because my previous exp is mostly in marketing or pro service categories, but I’m not very experienced in IT category purchasing. So it will take some time for me to understand the business needs and to familiarize myself with the vender pool. But I have already done some research in the IT category, and I will definitely do my best to learn and improve myself in this area. I’m confident that I can overcome this challenge.
