Here I would like to share 2 cases that happened at the end of July. To start with, let’s have a quick review of our CRM KPIs, and then I will elaborate on two events – our JDH animation and our CVD campaign.

According to the actual YTD June performance, we still need to chase our CRM target by utilizing existing animations to improve retention and transformation rate besides boutiques’ regular or daily routine. Then in July, we have two opportunities.
