A: I don’t like using social media websites/apps, so I only use wechat.

A: I don’t like using social media websites/apps, so I only use wechat. Because I want to with my friend face to face, so I few talking with social media. (I’m a film director so I work with a lot of KOLs and their agencies, … )I only use social media in my work. The sound from/of social media apps remind/tell me/mean that I must work now, so it’s very terrible./so I feel very terrible every time I hear it. That’s why I try not to use social media./That’s why I try to stay away from social media./I hate social media apps.

Q: Which are the most popular social media apps/websites
A: I think tinder and web chat are the most popular in China.

A: I think tinder and wechat are the most popular in China. These two apps are very different/have different uses. For tinder, because in Chinese tradition, we will study and work/when we graduate/after we graduate, our family would/will persuade you to marry./marrying on time is very important. So this problem makes many young people feel that they need to know many people/feel that they need to expand their social circle. So tinder is a good app to make friends/meet new people/for making friends/meeting new people. Because your family and older friends and classmate use wechat, so you need to use wechat too. 

Q: Can you think of any good things about social media?
A: For wechat, I have some old classmates, we don’t connect for some years, but through this app, I can know they have what life at the moment.
A: Even though I don’t like social apps, but of course, they have many benefits/there are many good things about them. For wechat, I have some old classmates, we haven’t connected for some years, but through this app, I can know about their life at the moment. When I was young, I had a very good friend, we grew up together, but we haven’t talked with each other for some years. One day, he suddenly sent a message to me. He wanted to know if/whether I have a girlfriend now. We talked about this question/topic and he told me he has liked boys for many years. He doesn’t talk about this with any other person. So because of this, now we connect/talk with each other very frequently.

Weibo is also a very good app. Many people follow their favorite idols on weibo and we can know about their lives.
