To further clarify, I want to share my screen with you to show you some examples I found in my research that would probably satisfy the client’s needs.

Since the client will not pay for extra, we should implement this as easy as possible.
Since the client will not pay for these extra requirements, we are also concerned about the cost and the time. We should choose the easiest, most cost-efficient and least time-consuming options.

Anyway, I’ve also heard from the client that they had numerous considerations in not deciding to work with us. A small budget is only one of their considerations, more importantly, they feel it would be much more efficient and cost-effective to work with a local Shenzhen company. So that’s why they decided to go with another option.

They have their own production department, but they said themselves that no one on their team understands design. So throughout the whole process, they would expect/need us to provide a lot more guidance and more explanations than usual. For example, they would need us to explain…  This would take a lot of time and extra effort, so that should also be part of our considerations – if we have enough time and human resources to meet this requirement, especially that the clients are located in SZ, so we would have to travel a lot.
