I’d like to talk about a project. The background for that I found that the lotion of brand performed poorly. So I needed to exploit its usage scenerios and find potential opportunities for the products. I prepared … to find main usage scenarios of using the product. The scenarios can be divided into: using as …for sensitive skin, which is its original scenario. using to be paired with … products. The third one is using it as body lotion as it is cheap and large bowl. I conducted market research respectively and found that the market of the first and third scenario was still on the increase, but the 2nd one was downward trend. Q: Except for delivering insights and strategies, did you participate in the implementation?
Yes, I participated in the early stages of implementation. For example, I needed to deliver consumer clusters and review their efficiency. I needed to deliver c.c. for paid media ad, including…. for advertising of these clusters. the products recommended the .. but except .., other things were just suggestions for the brand and its top of partner. They were responsible for the … for each cluster and the actual start and end of each cluster. But in most occasions, they will take our suggestions into account for their whole consumer operation plan.

Q: In review of these clusters for ad, what indicators would you consider?
There are several key indicators I considered like …… but for diff clusters, I focused/I would focus on diff indicators.
