My career path plan

In recent years, my career has confronted with an unprecedented bottleneck and it triggered my thought of a new career path.

On one side, my working atomosphere is being flexible and relaxed that result in procrastination and restiveness in my work. On another side, news room is a comparatively flat organizational structure which not only create a equitable working environment but also cause a promotion plight becuase of its less hierarchy.

At some extent, the whole career prospect of present position also can be a significant element to consider. In fact, the whole news business is in decline, and the treatment for journalist has also been cutting down. So, the plight in the industry cause a large scale brain drain. As to me, a regular journalist, is inevitablely face with such a problem.

Actually, in our career path, growth and comfort can never coexist. It is imperative for me to get out of my comfort zone and try to tap into a new career. After years of thought, based on my education background and working expeirence, I eventually choose to shift my career path and convert into a business analyst.

Here is my career path plan blow, in six different aspect：
1. Self-evaluation
（1）interests: literature&arts, data anaylast, business, films and television
personalities: caution, decisiveness, critic
education level: graduate degree
（2）skills: good analytical skills, sound writting capacity especially in business manuscripts or report，familiaring with some softwares such as AI&AE
（3）IQ&EQ test results: 110+
（4）mode of thinking：establish a frame and then select some elements what I need to import
（5）moral standard：very high，for example, I can’t stand up with unfair affairs and advocate equitable competition.
