I’m writing this email to invite you to a medical communication meeting platform between us./talk to you about a medical communication meeting platform between us.

We hope to have a short meeting every one or two weeks, maybe for just about 30 minutes, between medical monitors and clinical physicians. We can discuss any issues that come up from the different sites, how to manage adverse events, and the eligibility of the patients, etc.

Our colleagues from operations also holds such meetings, and based on my observations, I think these meetings can help us collaborate with each other smoothly and better ensure the quality of the clinical trial. It can help keep all of us on the same page more conveniently than emailing. Also, personally, I would really appreciate this opportunity to learn from everyone and know more about the drugs and trial operations.

I think it’s a very useful way for us to communicate with each other. Personally, I think it’s a very good way for me to learn from you, after all, you know the drug better than me.
