Tell me about your ideal apt:
It’s so complicated, I think it’s because I work in luxury industry. Most luxury brands would like to spend less money but can get more … I use this way to find my new apt. My plan in next three years, I will spend this budget for housing. I think 3 years later, I can change a big or a little bit expensive apt. In this budget, I list some criteria. First one, I need one bedroom + one living room, which is more bigger than Chinese old apt. My second criteria … I want to live near West Nanjing Road because my dream and future career is here. I hope I can take taxi or walk to the office. I don’t need to spend more taxi fee for transportation.  The third one is the building need a lift. The fourth one is I need more windows and at least one need to face South, because I need sunshine. I need one window in the living room. The last one is I need a good environment of this community. The building environment .. the neighbourhood.

Priorities:

1. size + location
   2. decoration
   3. lift + window

Most customers of IFC are visitors from out-of-town.

The residents of SH are more inclined to shop at Plaza 66.

All of them are equally important. They are all musts.

I will throw out the garbage maybe once every 2 or 3 days

I book a new option to check

Here cannot used for anything.

It’s over-priced.

It’s also don’t have lift.

I have been living near XJH for 7 years.
