stand on other side to think things – see things from other peoples perspective 

difficult situation / achievement 

the situation was (bad), and everyone else was (thinking in a bad way), so I (was impressive), and the result was (a good and improved situation) 

dealing with jobs 

1. ensure i understand the instructions fully and completely before even beginning the task. 

2. i will deal with problems myself before turning to others for help. 

3. before completing the project I will check for any errors and ask for feedback as this is really important for me as it can help me to improve.
