shirt issues, after training & regular communication, collapsing collar, stitching problems, twisted bottom, cuff unaligned,

When I started in this role there was a big issue with a particular factory and the way they produced our shirts. Our team had attempted to fix this issue a number of times but they were unsuccessful every time due to stubborn and difficult to handle factory owner. After being unsuccessful myself speaking with them on the phone, I decided to travel directly to the factory to see for myself and figure out the solution. The solution I came up with was utilising my skills and experience with hand-made production to improve the machine-made production limitations. The result was positive for both my company and the factory, and improved the quality of the products.
