How do you explain when things don’t go as we assume?Or better, how do you explain when others are able to achieve things that seem to plan but you can’t?

For example ,I forgot to return the books to the library last month,in fact ,i hate myself like that. And I still can’t change the bad habits of delay.

Day after day after day after day,I always find a lot of excuses to cancel the plan that is return the books to the library. The excuse as follows:”It’s an raining day”or “I must deal with other problems first’or”Probably the library is closed”,ect.ok,I admit thses reasons just excuses,I know if i decided to do something just do it even if the time is hurry because if don’t finish it the things will appear in my mind again and again.oh,the feeling really too bad.
