Miscarriage:  to lose a baby before it’s born.

Ex:  Before giving birth a doctor should give you clearance, to tell if you are healthy enough.

I went to visit a friend who lives in Yangchenghu island this weekend. The island is really beautiful, and the air is so fresh that I can tell the difference once when I arrived there. When she moved there, her neighbor told her that she made a correct decision to move from the downtown to the island because she could live longer in the island because of the good environment.  I am considering to move to that island now.
