When I start thinking about “which industry would I like to join”, I realise that I totally have no idea of the second answer. So I ask myself what is the meaning of industry? How many much Industries worldwide? What is the biggest Industry in China and USA?

Culinary arts is from the Culinary Industry, in which means “related to cooking”, are the cuisine arts of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, usually in the form of meals. The idea comes from my grand mother who is a master chef of the Fujian Cuisine. She There are not only produces a magic tastes, but also gives me inspiration for striving in her industry which is male-dominated. and in a male-dominated kitchen which spired me a lot.
