Vocabulary

delegate – to assign your work to others so they can help you
i.e. When I have too much work to do, I need to learn to delegate a little.

subordinate – 下属
i.e. I have five subordinates working under me.

argue / negotiate – discuss the problem

rarely – not often
i.e. I rarely ask my employees to work overtime.

motivating – to get people going

criticize – 批评

deduct – minus
i.e. He deducted more than 100,000RMB from your bonus.
