What do you do to stay cool in the summer?
I think the best way to stay cool in the summer is avoid outing. Just stay at home with your watermelon and air conditioner. That is the prefect way! But there’s always something to push us leave by our home. The summer in shanghai is really horrible so I never forget to bring my umbrella but sometimes I’m lazy to put on sunscreen then I already have colour-difference now. My summer has not ice-cream or ice water. Maybe you think it’s a little bit strange! In Chinese medicine.eating more ice food is not good for women so after my C-section,I never eat ice food. C-Section made me weak and I always feel cold after that.
