Today I’m really upset because my iOS candidate rejected my offer and this position has been opened for a month.
I work in an internet startup company called Amino and its users are from abroad,I joined Amino family in August. I am a recruiter and my job is to hire the right person for my own company but it’s a huge challenge to get the right person.Firstly, now is almost end of the year, people will not change his job because of the bonus so there are not enough candidates we can find.Secondly, my company’s requirement is really really high and only one person passed the interview which has met about 20 guys!
My goal in 2018 is to hire 10 candidates and there still have 8 vacancies to fill up during these two months.I have done a lot to reach this goal, such as exploring new ways to find candidates like referral and linkedin. I also increase my working time to interview different person and keep in touch with good ones and if they want to change their job they will choose mine.
