Present Simple: Usually, Always

I buy(Usually, Always) snacks from that machine.

I never buy snacks from that machine.

I don’t buy snacks from that machine.

I buy snacks from that machine when there is nothing else.

Past Simple: Finished

I bought some snacks from that machine.

I bought some snacks from that machine every day when I was in high school.

I never bought some snacks from that machine.

Past Participle: (Done at least once)

I have bought some snacks from that machine.

I Have Bought 4 cars in my life.

I have never bought some snacks from that machine.(Default Grammar)

I’ve never bought

I never have bought some snacks from that machine.(Possibly correct, but ok)

CONFUSION:

Jack Ma: Did you go to Paris?

Shinzo Abe: I’ve been to Paris.

Jack Ma: But, I thought you said you were busy this month.?!?

Shinzo Abe: No, no, I mean I have been there before, but I didn’t go there recently.

Speaking exercise

Jack ma heard that Mr. Abe went to the Paris before from other friends. So Jack ma ask, to Mr.Abe, “Did you go to Paris?” But, Mr. Abe have been there many years before, it’s not happen recently, so Mr. Abe said, yes, I have been there. But Jack Ma didn’t understand clearly. So, he ask again, Mr. Abe was busy this month, so Jack Mas thought Mr. Abe went to Paris in this month. And then Mr. Abe said no, he have been there before, not recently.


Jack ma heard that Mr. Abe went to the Paris before from other friends. So Jack ma asked, to Mr.Abe, “Did you just go to Paris?” But, Mr. Abe had been there many years before, it didn’t happen recently, so Mr. Abe said, yes, I have been there. But Jack Ma didn’t understand clearly. So, he asked again, He thought Mr. Abe was busy this month and couldn’t go to Paris. He misunderstood and Jack Ma thought Mr. Abe went to Paris in this month. And then Mr. Abe said no, he had been there before, not recently.
