Vocabulary

every time I cook I cost time – every time I cook it takes about an hour, it’s a hassle.


head to toe – your whole body,

eg: When I do yoga I’m head to toe sweaty.

too much – usually a bad thing, it is more than you want / sometimes good, as a joke

eg: I ate too much, I don’t feel good.

eg: I shouldn’t eat too much in the evening.

eg: Yolanda you are too beautiful, I can’t look, because your face is too pretty.

so much = (equal to) very much

eg: It is so cold in here, but not too cold. I like it a little cold.

blow – to move air

eg: The wind is blowing very hard.

blow dryer – a machine that blows hot air, to dry your hair

eg: I used a blow dryer on my clothes.

air conditioner – kong tiao

eg: There is no air conditioner

sweaty – has a lot of sweat

eg: My head gets sweaty when I eat spicy food.

eg: My shirt is really sweaty, I need to change it.

6 pack 1. six drinks/beers in a package      2. When you can see 6 ab muscles. or 6 abs.

eg: Now I have a 6 pack. But before I was just thin.

Grammar

the best time to exercise is in the summer

Past Tense:

I run to here – I ran here

I rode a bike

I wash my body – I took a shower
