What does a mango look like?

It is a fruit, it’s orange colored. Outside is yellow and inside is yellow too.

What is it like?

They are juicy and sweet. They are soft. They have something like a big seed in the middle.

Mangoes have some stuff that can get in your teeth. It is like long tough string.


Thing – dong xi

eg: I bought a thing for my clothes.

eg: I bought a thing for the top of my bed.

eg: I bought a thing to cover the windows.

eg: My things are at my landlord’s place.

eg: My things are at my home.

Stuff – 2 or more things

eg: I bought some stuff to clean the windows.

eg: I bought some cooking stuff.

eg: I will give you stuff to drink.

juicy – the food has a lot of juice or liquid in it, like watermelon, steak, hamburger, mangoes

eg: I could go for a big juicy burger right now.

eg: Those mangoes are so juicy.

unlucky – not lucky

eg: This month I’m unlucky.

landlord – the house/building owner

eg: My landlord cheated us and took our money.

blinds – chuan nian

eg: Can you close the blinds.

seed – a small round hard thing, if you put it in the ground a plant will grow

eg: I don’t like watermelon with seeds.

eg: These oranges have many seeds.
