Tell it to your English speaking yoga student in class:
If you change the poses every week, then you will make more progress.
If you always do the same poses, you will make less progress.
Vocabulary
weak – not strong
eg: I feel weak. My muscles are so sore. (Muscles are sore from exercising)
eg: I have a cold, I have a sore throat and I feel weak. (Throat is sore from being sick, probably a little painful)
stomach
eg: I have a stomach ache.
eg: I have a sore stomach.
Parts of Leg:
Hips
Thighs
Glutes (The Butt muscle ) (Gluteus Maximus)
Calf (Muscle)
eg: My right calf hurts.
Calves
eg: My calves are sore from.
Shins (bone)

eg: Put your weight on your heels.
eg: Put your hands on your hips.
