Interview Basics:

Introduction:

I went to Japan for 2 years after I graduated my college I would have gone to the Waceda University, in the business department to get my Master degree, but unfortunatel the earthquake and unclear isues which happened made me come back to China. and after coming back my first job was to work for a Japanesea ad company, my main responsisbility was to manage the development of brand e-commerce site and t-maill official store, for Japanese cosmetic brand. After 8 months I left that company and joined in my lat company called mid-house, which focused on mobile advertising. firstly I was an executive plus planner, so I had to develop proposals? according to the clients demands. and if they thought my idea was good and they decide tp [ay for it, so I have to execute? as what I planned. and about one year later because of the changing of the company structure I start focusing on planning and because of my well performance I was promoted to planning fdirecto in 2015, until I quit my job last august. and in my last half a year I was preparing for my MBa test, and started lookig for a new job from last month.

I was hired as an executive plus planner, so I had to develop proposals according to the client’s needs. If they thought my idea was good and they decided to go for it I had to execute it. About one year later some company restructuring gave me the opportunity to focus on planning and because of my good performance I was promoted to planning director in 2015. Then I left the company last august, and in the last 6 months, I was studying for my MBA, and started looking for a new job once I finished the exam last month.

I found your company on a  job-search site, and saw that you look really legit and creative. It seems like what I’m looking for.

What made you want to (apply at this company/ want to work with us)?

because I love creative things and I’m pretty curious, and I love small creative companies because I think you guys are full of passionate? and creative, without something like offoce politics. I just want to focus on marketing strategies and creative stuff.
