stipulations – parts of the contract or deal, that have specific details. like IF A, then B. If party A does not pay in time, Party B can double the price.

eg: I agreed to cancel the contract with the stipulation that we keep the materials.

eg: I agreed to accept the contract with the stipulation that they deliver on time.
