My neck is a little sore and stiff, I think I slept on it wrong last night.

the first day you feel like the work is difficult    (Feel the work, in your heart) Don’t say this!

the next day you feel that the work is not too difficult


stiff – for your muscles, when they are not easy to move or painful if you move too much or too quickly

eg: My back is so stiff, maybe I need a massage.

adapt – change to the environment

eg: Your body can usually adapt.

deprive V. – to take away something that someone needs, you don’t get enough of what you need

eg: I was sleep deprived (ADJ)

eg: That plant died because it was deprived of sunlight.

expat – short for expatriate, which means, a person who is not living in their home country, but not an immigrant.

eg: We are all expats in China, all the foreigners.
