run into – to hit sth. when you are moving. 2. to meet someone, but you didn’t try to meet them

eg: I ran into his bike.

eg: I ran into Crystal on the subway.

flex V. – to squeeze your muscles and make them harder.

eg: Flex your muscles.

abs – the muscles over your stomach, 6 or 8

eg: You should flex your abs when you ride a bike.

eg: He is in great shape, he has a 6 pack.

eg: I want 6 pack abs, not a 6 pack of coke!

belly – the outside part of your stomach

eg: He has a big beer belly.
