somewhatused to make a statement or description less forceful or definite

eg: We have somewhat of a problem.

eg: To say he has improved is somewhat of [=something of] an understatement.

understatement – to say sth. is less than it really is.

eg: Yeah, he is pretty good at basketball.   Pretty good? That is Kobe Bryant, he is great at basketball, one of the best players. Pretty good, is a huge understatement.

eg: The great wall is big. Actually big is an understatement, it is huge, the biggest wall in the world.

pre-school – means the school years before Kindergarden, in USA it is not required.

filler – the useless stuff you put in the empty spaces

eg: A lot of this contract is just filler, it doesn’t mean anything.

eg: Game of thrones has a lot of filler episodes, they are kinda boring.

kinda – cha bu duo, somewhat like, or similar to

eg: This tastes kinda bad.

arrest V. – to hold someone because they broke a law

eg: They arrested the robbers at the bank.

rob V. – to force someone to give you sth.

eg: I’ve never been robbed, thankfully.

pause – a short stop, then continue

eg: A COMMA  (   ,   )   means a short pause in your sentence.
