suspense – when you are waiting for sth. to happen, usually exciting

eg: The suspense is killing me, just tell me already.

eg: The suspense near the end of the game was building, and it was sure to be an historic moment in sports.

Martial Arts – styles of fighting, or self-defense

eg: The UFC is the biggest name in Martial Arts.

eg: MMA stands for mixed martial arts. For example, Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, and wrestling.

Jiu-jitsu – Brazilian wrestling

eg: Jiu-jitsu is very common in Brazil, all the Jiu-jitsu master’s seem to be Brazilian.

discipline – the ability to control yourself

eg: You need to learn some discipline if you want to lose some weight.
