USE NUMBERS as an ADJ. they are SINGULAR:

my break is 50 minutes long.

I have a break for 50 minutes.

a 50 minute break

a 30 minute break

a 2 hour break.

Grammar

How many classes did you have?  (you are finished having classes)

How many classes did you have so far? (finished with the classes before now)

How many classes have you had?

Plural – more than one, countable

Cats, Dogs, chairs, cars, people, classes, Deer

These are all plural words.

Singular – only one, countable

a chair, a cat, a car, a person, a class, a deer

USE NUMBERS as an ADJ. they are SINGULAR:

a class for 2 people(plural)

ADJ. is a number.

a 50 minute break

a 30 minute break

a 2 hour break.

a 2 person class.

Three 2 person classes.    Three classes with 2 people each. 3 teachers 6 students.

A tandem bike, is a 2 or 3 person bike.

Honda accord is a 5 person car.

The car can hold 5 people.   (5 people is not used as an ADJ. in this sentence)

This is a one person unicycle.

This is not a 2 person unicycle.

I’m a one man kind of girl.   You only have one boyfriend or one husband.

I have to live separate from my family because of work.

They didn’t get a divorce, but they are separated.

This room is about 20 square meters.
