Vocabulary

do some stretches, to be less tense

mermaid – a half woman, half fish            merman – half man, half fish

eg: Carol is wearing mermaid shoes today.

scale – a layer of skin that uses many small pieces to protect the animal. in snakes, fish, lizards and dragons.

eg: I don’t like cleaning the fish scales.

tense – stress from being pulled tight, not relaxed but hard and tight

eg: I don’t like yoga because I’m too tense and it doesn’t feel good.
