Shanghai has a lot of things to do.

HuZhou doesn’t have a lot of things to do.

fancy – very expensive and fashionable

tacky – huaqiao, bad taste or style

eg: She is wearing a flower pattern and a striped pattern, it’s a little tacky.

eg: Plaid patterns and white shirts are so tacky. No, It’s normal.

tier – level

eg: HuZhou is a 3rd or 4th tier city.
