eclair – a long pastry, with chocolate on top and filled with cream

eg: The chocolate eclairs at Sunflour are amazing.

tart – a type of pastry with a filling in the middle

eg: Egg tarts are really popular in China.

Boys and girls, It’s my honor to be here. I will give you a brief introduction, I’m Caroline C, and the abbreviation on my family name is C. I like eggs tart so much, but one of my favorite deserts are eclairs, especially chocolate eclairs. Initially I was not a girl find a sweet, but the line of family changed my character. I know carry on eating desert is not very good habit, so I will change my habits. I believe in a more healthy way that has no precedent. However any country that primarily speak English,people prefer doughnuts rather than eclair and egg tarts, maybe due to the fact that they don’t have the lineage of bakeries in china.
