a check-up (N) – check your health at the doctor’s

eg: The doctor did a check-up on my parents.

eg: My parents got a check-up yesterday.

eg: I need to get a check-up(at the doctor’s place)

snack – something small you eat, Not a Meal

eg: I had some durian bread.

Meal – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner… Something to eat

eg: I usually eat 3 meals a day.

Cucumber – huang gua

eg: I ate some cucumbers for a snack.
