superficial -only on the outside

appearance – how you look

eg: Appearance matters more to superficial people.

fraternity – a brotherhood, or a group of brothers, in college, a boys group, usually just for partying, and a little for careers in the future.

sorority – girls group in college, similar to a fraternity

surreal – very strange or unusual : having the quality of a dream

eg: I can’t believe I got the job there, it’s kind of surreal.
