Today we focused on:

interview practice

the position I apply is talent management
I have passed the 1st interview

and Monday is a conversion with the HR VP
I mainly introduce about myself and the projects I have led and then talk about my ideas on talent management which is I am not good at but I want to to focus in next step.

I came to SH over 10 years

my career is focused on learning and development

the first phase is that I get familiar with learning and development.
I joined an international company called mattel
I joined as a management trainee which focused on retail operation and I learned a lot of retail knowledge and get interested on in-store trainer.
So the next company I found a full time training job to give the lessons to store staff about product, service and selling skills.
It is the first phase.

The second phase which makes me to deep understanding about what the L&D is and what role L&D would play in a company
My job position is from training supervisor to manager and company with the position change I have learned more knowledge about leadership and management skill courses and designed some project
I designed a project which called online program. For retail staff they have a busy workload so I first introduce the online learning platform to make the management leadership program to them online.
I have to arrange the time management and how to motivate your team to our store manager to let them have the experience the management team.

the 3rd phase I switched my career path from a local company to an international company.
When I to achieve the training manager title I tried to challenge myself and switch to an international company

the most I learned is about moral standard process and about programs or the work principle and the other thing is I just to learn not only in the company but also by myself I got some certifications like DISC which is a personality analysis course and about coaching skills and non material motivation things.

I just to give these courses to all employees.
There was no distinction but as we know in today’s situation we must focus key resources to our best staff.
I want to design customized learning programs to them

we should to do
we must to make the individual development plan with each of them.

we must to what they need

the second step is to refer to their self development goal also aligned with commercial goals

they must to give time to coach them.

In the first phase I got familiar with learning and development.
