that case I spent a lot of time on it such as to produce more products because the delivery time is we need to work all the time to produce more products for my customer and at that time all of the employees are very tired
as my mentioned we designed a kind of toy car for my customer. It looks cute and our customers really like it but unfortunately we didn’t have enough experience on it.
Here was a problem
When you use a specific machine to produce a specific product
that is why we couldn’t deliver on time
different products need to contact different good suppliers to solve the problem together.
finally we solved the problem and increased the payment to some temporary employees to work 0ver time
for hours we use one group and the next 8 hours we have another group of employees. All the time we produce, all the time we didn’t stop to produce
and we hired temporary managers. We calculate how many products they could produce everyday and also contact the logistic companies to deliver the products to different regions of China.
I really focus on the customers’ thinking. I am worried my customers may think my management is not good and that will influence me to get a new order from them.
That is I want to share you the key information
there are 2 companies to produce this order together, the other one face a similar problem and he couldn’t solve it so I helped him to produce some quantities and it helped to win some reputation from my customer so the situation is like I made some mistakes but when I tried to solve that to help the customer to fix the order and let the customer to organize this activity continue and he is thankful to me.
I spent a lot of time on that case, such as to produce more products because of the short delivery time we needed to work all the time to produce more products for my customer and at that time all of the employees were very tired / we needed to increase production and we had the employees work longer hours
as I mentioned we designed a kind of toy car for my customer. It looks cute and our customers really liked it but unfortunately we didn’t have enough experience on it. / unfortunately we didn’t get the project because of a lack of experience with the printing
that is why we couldn’t deliver on time
We need to provide different products and as a result we need to contact different good suppliers to solve the problems together. / find solutions together.
finally we found a solution which was to increase the salary of employees and ask them to work a bit longer
We have 3 shifts of 8 hours and we keep the factory running all the time / the production line is always running
and we hired temporary managers. We calculated how many products they could produce everyday and also contacted the logistic companies to deliver the products to different regions of China.
I really focus on the customers’ thinking. / impression.
