My name is Yan You, but you can call me Rita. I‘m come from Hunan province, and I’m twenty seven years old. I love swimming and sleeping.  I’m a strong and persistent girl who likes to try new things, especially developing/learning new technical skills. I’m studying my PHD in Fudan University and my current project is to explain the role of snx10 in atherosclerosis. In the past five years I have published three papers in professional journals, such as ‘The Journal of Hepatology”. My future plan is to find a post-doctoral position in America, maybe at UCSD focusing on metabolism.

I got my master degree at Sunyatsen university majoring in Pharmacology. Our previous study showed that snx10 can regulate metabolism through autophagy so I’m i was wondering if snx10 should could impact the formation of plaque, so thus I did my current project on atherosclerosis.
