A favourite dish from childhood

it was a traditional dish. It is a cake but we can put the meat into it, like a sandwich with donkey meat. Its a delicious food in my hometown. We You can’t didn’t eat it at other place anywhere else but justonly in my hometown. It a regional food, but it is very delicious. The cake is toasted so it is crispy.  Donkey meat is chewier than other meats.
