Our company won a new client, Adidas. We will work for them seven product lines and my boss distribute the seven lines to four teams. I thought that I failed. I thought I could in charge of one line, but when I discussed with my boss, the conclusion was that I was arranged to a creative support team, that means I would work for excusitive things, which I would not propose some idea or thinking to our client. When I got the arrangement, I discussed with my boss again. The reason why I would arranged to creative support team because Adidas is a globalwise client, my English is not very good enough, so I want to improve my English quickly, which in order to have enough skill to face my client directly.

Our company got a new client, Adidas. We will work on seven of their product lines and my boss distributed them into four teams. I thought I would be in charge of one line, but when I discussed it with my boss, he decided that I should be assigned to a creative support team, which means I would work on some technical things, but would not propose any ideas or thoughts to our client. When I found out about the arrangement, I discussed it with my boss again and he told me the reason why I was assigned the creative support team was that Adidas is a global client, and my English is not good enough. So now I want to improve my English quickly, so it can be good enough for me to face my client directly.
