a full-time salary vs. part-time wages
a salary = stays the same every month
wages = change with the amount of work provided
mission 职责 = an important duty
As a teacher, my mission is to help students.
a commission 提成 (co + mission = comes WITH a DUTY)
a bonus 奖金
Usually, commission = % and bonus = RMB.
For every sale, I have commission of 5%. And if I hit my target, I also have a 10,000 RMB bonus at the end of the year.
