As for the last inspection ,I told you the bear and cow item must need to rework because the quality is too bad ,and you confirm me your factory will rework it .

As you can see the photos in attachment ,the rework situation is far beyond what we had expected from your factory ,

15% long embroidery line for bear item was founded from on 200pcs randomly checked today ,
25% poor brush of hair string for cow was founded from 240pcs product sample .
These 2 problems were already discovered last time and you told me factory will rework them ,but in fact factory was not rework it .
To be honest I am really disappointed for this behavior ,we are cooperation 1 year,you know our quality level ,this situation is far beyond and possibilities to collaborate so must be solved before shipment .

These 2 items must be reworked again ,and all defects must to be discarded .

As for the last inspection ,I told you  that the bear and cow items must be done again because the quality is not satisfactory, and you confirmed  me that your factory will finish all of the required corrections on time.

As you can see on the attached photos, the situation of the “fixed” shipment is far below of what was expected of your company

out of 200 randomly selected bear items 15% came with defected embroidered belt

out of 240 randomly selected cow items 25% came with a defect

These 2 problems were already discovered last time and you told me that the factory will fix them ,but in fact, at the end factory didn’t do necessary corrections.

To be honest I am really disappointed with this kind of a behavior, we are cooperating for more then a year, and you know our quality requirements, this kind of a behavior can’t be tolerated, and I’m expecting of you to fulfill your part of the job as required.

Please take care of this and I’m expecting this to be done according to the schedule
