firstly I think that I have a lot of working experience in HR, also I graduated from Birmingham City University with masters degree in fashion promotion, so I always want to combine both of them in my future work. I would like to be HR in the fashion industry. This why I applied your company’s position. Secondly, I work in pharmaceutical company right now and I am responsibility for both cos-derm and consumer divisions. I’m focused on searching E-commerce function and sales team talent need acquisition which I believe is similar with your company’s structure. As I know your company is a typical e-commerce organization, and I get a lot of experience about this industry. Also I’m a fast learner and I want to look for a greater plan to develop, so that’s why I chose your company. Now about my weakness, I have limited experience in some projects even if I have a lot of ideas. Sometimes I’ll overly analyze like I can’t stop thinking about things that are not finished.

Now about my weakness. Although I have a lot of ideas on HR I do have limited experience in some kinds of HR projects, but I’m ready to work on them. Sometimes I’ll overthink the issues with topics that are not finished all till they’re not completed.
