Our company won a new business, which is a work for adidas company. We are in charge of 7 product lines of adidas company. But we just have 4 teams to handle those works. Last month I was selfishI just want to do what I want and what I interested in and even I challenged my boss arrangements. Until this week I understood that my boss actually was very busy, so as a member of a team , I should try to solve all the problems for our team, not to put an issue to my boss to solve. I Actually considered the terrible situation from my boss, he solved the problems one by one and very harsh so I should do more as soon as possible I can.

Last month I was selfish, I just wanted to do what I was interested in and I even challenged my boss‘s arrangements. Finally, this week I understood that my boss was actually very busy, so as a member of our team I should try to solve all of our team’s  problems and  not cause any additional ones which at the end my boss will have to solve himself. I actually reconsidered the terrible situation in which I had put my boss in. He solved the problems one by one but hastily, so I will solve the problems I caused ASAP
