lack (n): 1- the fact that something is not available or that there is not enough of it:
E.g.: Her only problem is a lack of confidence.
E.g.: Lack of sleep had made him irritable.

irritate (v): 1-to make someone angry or annoyed: 2-to make a part of your body sore or painful:
E.g.1: After a while her behavior really began to irritate me.
E.g.2: At first my contact lenses irritated my eyes.

annoyed (adj): 1- angry:
E.g.: I was so annoyed with him for turning up late.
E.g.: He was annoyed at the way she tried to take over the whole meeting.
