human resource (n): 1-people, when considered as an asset that is or can be employed and that is useful to a company, organization, etc.:
E.g.: Over 50% of the city’s unemployed residents are a viable human resource for employment.
E.g.: Companies must invest in both technology and human resources if they hope to secure a stable and competitive future.
E.g.: We don’t have enough human resources to finish our work on time.

traditional (adj): 1-following or belonging to the customs or ways of behaving that have continued in a group of people or society for a long time without changing:
E.g.: The villagers retain a strong attachment to their traditional values/customs/beliefs.
E.g.: The dancers were wearing traditional Hungarian dress/costume.

consumer goods (n): 1-products that people buy for their own use:
E.g.: Prices of consumer goods rose by 2.5% last year.
E.g.: consumer goods companies/markets
